Open the application and sign up using your email address and the password you created during sign up
To search for contacts, click on the button “contact” at the bottom and search for a name or an email address.
If the person you are looking for is already using Voxeet, click on “add” and they will receive an invitation to add you to their contact lists.
If the person you are looking for is not using Voxeet yet, enter their email address in the search box and click on “send email” to invite them to download Voxeet
If someone has sent you a contact request, the invitation bar will be highlighted in red. Click on “invitation” and Accept or Decline the invitation To delete a contact, click on “show options” under its name. Click on “delete” Voxeet stays open in the background so you don’t miss any calls. If you want to log out, click on the status bar and choose “logout”
To start a conference, click on the contacts you want to add to highlight them in yellow. Once you picked all the users that you want to start a conference with, click on “Call now”

Once in the conference, drag the participants around you to enjoy immersive sound.
● Add new people to an existing conference
If you want to add people to the conference, simply double click on their name in your contact list.
● Leave a conference
You can close the conference at any time. Click on “Leave Conference” to do so.
When someone is asking you to join a conference, you will see a pop up on your screen.
You can choose to accept the conference, start it for later if you are busy or refuse it.
● Switch conferences
If you want to switch to another existing conference, click on the “Conferences” button above the contact list and select your new conference.
To organize your contacts into groups, click on the “Group” icon on the bottom.Enter the name of the group and click on “Create”
Once you’ve created groups, click on “show details” next to the contact you want to add to this group and select it under the group menu.
● Change your picture and update your personal infoTo access your profile information, change your name, username, password or picture, click on the settings icon on the top right
● Change your audio settingsYou can easily switch from your headphones to your speakers or change your microphone and your ringing settings.Click on the “settings” button on the right of your profile picture and go to “audio”Change and test your settings. Once you are done, click on apply.
If you are in a conference, you will need to leave and come back in order for the changes to take effect.
